Each year, American Express sponsors a nationwide event to promote the importance of small businesses. Due to the unexpected twists and turns of this year’s pandemic, it’s now more vital than ever to support locally owned establishments.
Warren Barnett Interiors has been in the home furnishings business for over 60 years, spanning three generations of dedicated experts. We are, and always have been, so proud to be part of the small business community in the Greater Milwaukee Area.
Every fall, we take a moment to thank our loyal customers and encourage them to patronize their favorite small business within their neighborhoods. This year we’re doing the same, but with an extra bit of hope. When you shop and spend your hard-earned money at locally owned and operated businesses, that money stays in the community. It not only helps support the owners and their family, but also helps your neighborhood in so many ways.
Buying locally reduces the amount of fuel necessary to bring goods into our homes because things are sourced nearby. It builds our local economy by preserving and creating jobs. It helps build trust and connection within our community, making us more resilient and self-reliant in times of uncertainty.
