April Style: Classically Hip

We’ve reached the time of year where people often start a variety of projects around the house, mostly centered around cleaning things up and getting ready for the warmer months. At Warren Barnett Interiors, we consider spring a great time to freshen up (read: lighten up) the spaces throughout your home. This serves as a great opportunity to see what types of pieces can be swapped out to achieve a fun new look.

This month, we’re highlighting a fabulous style collection from Century Furniture that’s sure to be a hit in your home. Blending timeless silhouettes with fun and modern patterns and accessories, this style is referred to as “Classically Hip.” Here’s a bit more about the style as told by Century Furniture.

Our muse is a Bostonian who loves heritage and home but is not willing to be defined by tradition. She uses neutrals to balance her inclination for color and mixes in lots of stone, metal and glass to lighten up the more stern and serious architecture of her brownstone. Her rooms are formal and polished, but she pushes past the traditional space using modern accessories and accents. A gourmand, and perfectionist, she would not call herself “Modern” but she is definitely not “Traditional.”

Sound familiar? For many people it does, even if just partially. The great thing about this style is the flexibility and versatility it allows. Our interior designers can help you find the right pieces to fit your space, tastes, and needs.

Our showroom, located in Brookfield, WI, is home to thousands of fabrics and hundreds of finish options, making it simple to create a unique space that’s truly your own. Visit us today to learn more!
